You will need:
Serves 4
4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup fresh herbs, chopped well
(an assortment of whatever you can find fresh - thyme, rosemary, basil, dill, etc )
2 teaspoons unsalted butter
1 tsp cracked black pepper (more or less to taste)
1 large lemon, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
1 lemon, sliced into 4 wedges
"Cabernet & Merlot" Sea Salt Flakes
Directions:
Bring butter to room temperature and mix in herbs.
Preheat Oven to 400F
Line a baking sheet with tin foil.
Place salmon on the baking sheet, skin side down. Spread butter & herb mixture
over the salmon. Sprinkle with black pepper. Top with slices of lemon.
Bake the salmon fillets for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork
(approximately 12 minutes). Cook a little longer, if not quite flaky.
Remove from oven. Remove lemon wedges and sprinkle each fillet with a little
"Cabernet & Merlot" Sea Salt Flakes, to taste.
Plate each salmon fillet with a lemon wedge.
