You will need:
Serves 4
1 pound of chicken thighs or legs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp "Asian Zen" Chinese 5-Spice Blend
Marinate chicken, plus all ingredients, in a large ziploc bag. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
Transfer chicken, and marinade, to a baking dish. After about half an hour, flip the chicken and brush with the marinade in the baking dish. Chicken should be done in about 1 hour.
Serve over rice.
Add a little coconut oil to your rice, while cooking,
and make Coconut Rice!
