You will need:
4 lamb loin chops
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp "Citadel of Tripoli" Lebanese 7 Spice Blend
1 tsp sea salt
Take out the lamb chops from the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400F
Drizzle half of the olive oil on both sides of the lamb loin chops and season with "Citadel of Tripoli" Lebanese 7 Spice Blend
and sea salt.
Heat the other half of the olive oil in a large oven safe skillet (cast iron works great) on med-high heat. Add the loin chops and cook for 2-3 minutes per side (make sure it doesn't start to burn), until brown.
Transfer skillet to the oven and cook for at least 15-18 minutes for medium and 20-22 for well done.
Remove from the oven and let the loin chops rest in the pan for 5 minutes.
