"Wrath Trap" Dark Chocolate Topped Nuts

A "sweet with heat" treat 

with just enough salt to savour all the flavours


You will need:

  

2 large (3.5 oz ea) dark chocolate bars, broken into small pieces

1/4 cup unsalted almonds, coarsely chopped 

1/4 cup unsalted cashews, coarsely chopped 

1/4 cup unsalted walnuts, coarsely chopped 

1/4 cup unsalted pecans or pistachios, coarsely chopped 

"Wrath Trap" Scorpion Pepper Sea Salt Flakes


Cover the bottom of a glass or metal shallow dish large enough that the nuts aren't stacking on top of each other.


Place the chocolate pieces in a small pot on the oven over medium to high heat. Stir until melted.


Pour chocolate over the nuts.


Lightly sprinkle "Wrath Trap" Scorpion Pepper Sea Salt Flakes over the chocolate.


Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.


Break into bite-sized pieces.


Eat on it's own as a tasty treat or break into smaller pieces and add to your vanilla ice cream & yogurt mixes.


Enjoy!


Freezes well. We like to keep ours in the freezer and enjoy the dark chocolate covered nuts as a frozen treat!
