Hot Wings of "Wrath Trap"

!!!WARNING!!! "Wrath Trap" is VERY HOT!!! 

This all-natural Finishing Sea Salt flake blend is made from pure sea salt fused with Scorpion Peppers, one of the hottest peppers in the world!  


For a milder version, we suggest you replace the "WrathTrap" Finishing Sea Salt with "Vesuvius" Fusion Finishing Sea Salt.


You will need:


3 pounds of chicken wings, separated at joints and tips discarded

3/4 cup Louisiana- style hot sauce

1/2 cup honey

2 Tbsp butter

1 tsp "Wrath Trap" Finishing Salt

Pinch of fresh black pepper

 

Set oven to 400 degrees. On a non-stick cookie sheet (or regular cookie sheet with tin foil but be sure to lightly oil) place your chicken wings. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for another 20 minutes.  


In a saucepan, over medium heat, add Louisiana-style hot sauce, honey, butter and pinch of black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.


Remove wings from your oven, place in saucepan and coat the chicken wings. Drain fat off the cookie sheet and place the wings and sauce back on the cookie sheet and bake for another 15 minutes.


Remove wings from the oven and place in a shallow, wide dish. Sprinkle the top of the wings with the "Wrath Trap" Finishing Sea Salt.


Serve and Enjoy!
